Pastoral Care
The Pastoral Care Team is responsive to those in our community who need prayer, are ill, hospitalized, homebound or in spiritual distress. The team includes our clergy, prayer circle individuals, and Eucharistic Visitors (those who take Holy Communion to the hospital or home-bound). Add names to the prayer list in the narthex and call the office/clergy directly with specific needs. We will visit, pray with you, and make Holy Communion available as desired.
